What are those black streaks on my roof?
These streaks are caused by a type of algae called Gloeocapsa magma. The algae feed on the limestone that is embedded in the shingles. Rain spreads the algae down the roof.
This algae reduces the efficiency and lifespan of your roof.
We use a soft wash process to ensure your roof gets clean without any damage to your shingles.
